  Nightowl is never a great place to go to but this one is one of the better stores because it is right next door to the Nightowl head office.

  It's hard to believe that this far into the 21st century a business can fail to understand that potential customers use the Internet. They should be actively monitoring their web presence and ensuring that information is accurate.

  More expensive than your local supermarket but you ARE paying for the convenience of the store and its hours.

  Useless. Translink website said they have Go Cards. Walked there in the rain and found they don't sell Go Cards yet. Google said they are open 24 hours. Walked there in the rain and they are shut (only open 24 hours 2 days per week). Products are grossly overpriced. If you happen to be passing by and want something and don't care about spending a lot of money, then it's worth stopping in. But if you need something specific you are better off buying it elsewhere rather than relying on this epitome of unreliability.

  I don't understand why call themselves "Night Owl" if they're never open at night??? They close early (midnight) which is a huge pain especially if you're a shift worker. Aside from that most of the staff are friendly, prices are high, but shop is in convenient location.
